An Extra Memory Monday for September

Mommy loves September – it is her favorite month. She asked me to share some of the fun things that have happened in Septembers past. In pictures, here we go!

Mommy made a new outfit for Rocktober Fest and wanted a German dog in the picture to make it authentic. I don't like being held.

Not to be outdone, Dad donned his authentic lederhosen AND held a schnauzer.

I love staying at hotels. This one was on the way to Wisconsin. Dad was busy on the phone and not paying any attention to me.

Once again I get picked up for a picture. We stayed at a B&B in Appleton, WI. Daddy used to own this house.

I enjoyed walking down to the river at the B&B. I love all the new smells.

I hope you enjoyed my little trip down a September memory lane. What’s your favorite month?

  1. Not at the time, but I get my favorite beer at Rock City during Rocktober Fest. Mom buys it so I don’t get carded. All I have are my calling cards, but they do have my birth date on them. Do you want to come to Rocktober Fest and have a beer with me, Kismet?

  2. That’s so cool that your Dad used to own that house. Lexi, we need to talk. Being picked up, cuddled, and hugged are some of the best things in the WORLD! How can you dislike these things? Do your people smell? If so, that I can understand. Or maybe they squeeze too hard? Maybe you should try one of my Mom’s hugs. They’re my favorite. Anywho, maybe this Halloween you could get lederhosen of your own! BOL! *ear licks* Noodle

    • Noodle, you are so opposite from me, I don’t know how you can be my boyfriend, but I still ❤ you. From the first day I went home with Mom when I was 8 weeks old, I laid on the opposite end of the couch. I get out of bed at night because I don't want bothered. Everyone smells, Mom and Dad no worse or better than most. I only let my Auntie Jen hug me, and I'm not telling anyone why I do. If your Mom wants to come all the way to Tennessee I might let her try hugging me. No promises. Well, when she's hurt I will let her.

There you go with clothes again. I HATE clothes. Aghh! I sure hope Mommy doesn't find my costume from a few years ago…
