I Shopped at Walmart

On the way home from work, I got to go shopping at Walmart with Mommy. When we first parked, I didn’t know where we were. Then I saw the sign.

I started looking for where we would go into the store.

Then Mommy told me that someone else had already done the shopping for us, so I should watch for them to come out with a big rolling cart.

I saw a lot of cars going by and hoped the store person didn’t have to cross that dangerous traffic with my food.

Then I saw the door where people were coming and going, and figured that must be where all the good food came out, too.

Since I had to wait, I decided to check out lunch leftovers. Dang, nothing but an empty bag. Yep, lunch is why my beard looks like this, BOL! I think that’s my tummy I hear growling.

Look smart! Here they come! Mmmm, I hope there’s lots of goodies in there for me and Lucy.

Hey! Stop putting those in the trunk! Put those chickie wings in the back seat where I can eat them NOW. My Guardian Angel Lexi taught me that NOW is when I should get the things I want. It was part of her mantra.

    That’s pretty cool you get your foods delivered straight to the car?? Your mom doesn’t even have to go inside and deal with all the crowds and line ups?? my humom is really jealous!

  6. Our Pastor Evelyn told Mommy about Ross selling dog clothes. The catch is, us pups can’t go into the store, but Mommy had tried enough clothes on me at the Smart Pet Store that she knew what would fit me. There are clothes for smaller dogs, too, so I bet your Mom could find you something pretty there, Patzy. (Mommy will have to ask if she can get a discount for advertising them and Walmart, too!)

  7. That’s so neat-o to pick up your food and not have to deal with lines. I think my mommy would like that. She hates shopping. And you gave me some good info on Ross (did you get paid for listing them and reciting their slogan? MOL). We didn’t know they sold dog clothes. That means they should have some that will fit on a cat! Luvz, Patzy

  9. Not often enough it seems. I downloaded the app to mom’s phone last night. I’m going to see if I can persuade her to bring me this weekend to pick up an order. Wish me luck – snorts and oinks. XOXO – Bacon

  13. Since Walmart won’t let me go in the store, and I am almost always with Mommy when she is near a Walmart, this way works better for us. Besides, we have our list of favorites so we always know what we will be getting. ~Xena

  15. Oh gurl, you and your Moms are so smart! Havin’ the goodies brought to YOU! Yes! Butts, I agree….the trunk is NO PLACE for the tasty foodables….the backseat is where they should be! BOL!!! Maybe next time,……

  17. Shhhhh . . . don’t tell your mom I told you this, but some cars have this secret little door that leads from the back seat to the trunk. Good luck! And if you get caught, you DID NOT hear that from me. 😉

  23. How pawsome that they brought the food to YOU! Although….I do think they should have let you give it a closer, taste test, inspection before putting it in the trunk!

  35. wow that’s a pawsome service to have someone who buys all your things for you… and yes… meat, treats, ice cream and cheese should be placed on da back seats… so we can have an eye on that tasty stuff….
