Mommy decided I needed more “socializing,’ so she took me to run errands with her. First stop was to pick up her car at the body shop, where it had been repaired from her running into the corner of the garage with it. From there we went to the Home Depot store. Mommy asked me to sit pretty while she took my picture.
So, I was sitting there, wishing she would hurry up, when suddenly, outof the corner of my eye, I saw…
MONSTERS behind me!
I insisted we go get what we came for and get the heck out of there. Please Mommy, enough of the picture-taking.
I think I hear them coming!
I am Xena Schnauzer Warrior Princess who doesn’t want to fight monsters.
Never fear, sweet girl. I think you can take them, Xena.

Thanks, Miss Monika, but I haven’t had my monster fighting class at PDX yet. I’m just in Agility Too and had to drop out of that because of my Big Girl Time.

you survived the monsters! … you know you get extra treats when the monsters are around, so they do serve a purpose sometimes 🙂

You are very wise. The Depot monsters are the worst.

Can you believe folks actually take them home with them and set them loose in their yard!?! ~Xena

I could but the humans don’t want me to. Yo will get used to them. The good thing is that those monsters always seem to bear gifts aka yummies.
