  1. Chaplin: “Dennis used to tell us stories about Trixie’s chipmunk from back in New York.”
Charlee: “That chipmunk would never come out to play either. He would just run away and taunt her from inside the woodpile.”
Chaplin: “Must be a chipmunk thing.”

  2. Xena they tease and they flaunt their furry selves right in your face.
I got news for them one day I predict you’ll put them in their place.
Tell Mom thanks mentioning the heavy milkshake glasses…I had forgotten

  3. They are evil little creatures that love to toy with you. That bugger is doing just that, too.

  4. oh my, I wonder now if you did a lot of digging while left outside all day… so happy nothing happened to you. I am thinking you may have barked a lot while waiting. wondering what the other dogs did on the inside, did they dance with joy, wait for you to break in? tell your Mama we did that once with Baby Girl. we came home and only one dog met us at the door. she was locked in the backyard all morning.

    1. No, Miss Sandra, the chipmunk hole is way on the other side of the fence, so I didn’t dig. And I don’t bark outside much either, I just stand on my hind legs against the glass back door and dig at it furiously until someone hears and comes and lets me in. It got tiring so I napped a lot for the 87 hours they left me out there! XOX XeXe
