Chia Helps Decorate for Christmas on Wordy Wednesday

Xena: I thought this was Wordless Wednesday.
Lucy: Seriously? You really think that Chia could be quiet for that long?

Chia: Ooooo, lookie what I found! I heard Mom and Dad talking about all the cool stuff I find for them, like paperclips and rubber bands. And they look so happy when I give the stuff to them.

I wonder if my brother Andrew will appreciate it too…

Hey Brother Andrew, look what I found. Can I put it on the Christmas tree? Can I, huh, huh, can I? Do you love it? Do you love me? *wiggle wiggle wiggle*

I do love you, Chia. And you’re a good helper. Come on up here.

You just hold onto that bow until I get these tree lights untangled, then we’ll find a special place for it on the tree.

Thanks to Comedy Plus for hosting Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop!

  1. We hope you found the perfect place for that bow. We enjoy taking ornaments off the tree as opposed to putting them on. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer, Kizmet, Audrey & Raleigh

  2. Oh, Lulu, I wasn’t looking to trade, but I can see where that is a good idea. I love being told what a good girl I am as opposed to “Chia, stop it!” and being stuck into my kennel. XOXOXOX Chia

  3. Charlee: “Untangling tree lights … Our Dada says that’s a full time job!”
Lulu: “Good work bringing stuff to trade, Chia ― I do that too, in hopes of getting a fish skin! Sometimes I bring pieces of cardboard, or my toys, or bits of paper. I don’t usually get paid for those. But I do get paid for things such as Mama’s socks, Mama’s slippers, Mama’s pens and pencils, Mama’s headphones … So you might want to look for stuff like that!”

  4. What a great little helper you are, Chia. When you’re finished helping Andrew and your mom, maybe you can help our mum-she needs could use some festiveness around the Ranch since she no longer puts up a tree. Something about nothing tempting the gods with big/bouncy fur bodies. Whatever.

  6. Chia Beau said to tell you that he’s jealous because he didn’t get to help with the decorations at all because none of them were put down where he could reach them and they only decorations out are in the nook. You did a great job jumping on your brother’s lap and helping decorate also wild clapping for your blog post

  7. Awww, that is so sweet, Chia!! You’re kind of like me, Dalton, though I still am scared of my ‘bros’ and wouldn’t think of jumping on either of their laps. But I am a real wigglebutt, and seek out scritches:)

But I, Benji might run away and play keep away if I got ahold of anything good from those boxes of stuff that came down from the attic. And yes, I love to jump on unfurbro-the-elder’s lap!
